“Where can I purchase tickets?”

“Can I just turn up on the day and pay?”
Unfortunately, no. Tickets must be pre-purchased for this event to ensure we can comfortably seat all attendees. Tickets will be available for purchase right up to the morning of the event, unless sold out prior, so if you decide to come at the last minute, we will do what we can to accommodate you.
“Are tickets refundable if I change my mind?”
We are unable to refund any tickets once they have been purchased. You are, however, welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else. Please contact us here to arrange a transfer.
“Do you offer a discount on tickets for pensioners, single parents or for group bookings?”
We have deliberately made our ticket prices very affordable. Considering the high caliber of speakers at our events, we are unable reduce ticket prices any further. However, if you do have an extreme circumstance that you would like us to consider, please make contact with us here and we will try and help.
“Do I have to attend every session?”
You are free to choose the sessions you would like to attend. The doors will close strictly for each session so we ask that you be comfortably seated before each presentation commences. Our schedule is packed, so we ask that you are punctual. We will be discouraging people to enter the auditorium once a session has commenced to be respectful of each presenter.
“Is food and tea/coffee provided in the ticket price?”
To keep our ticket prices as low as possible, we do not provide meals or tea/coffee at our events. We encourage you to bring a packed Lunch/ Morning tea. There will of course be a cafe and other food vendors at each venue. We will update all delegates with details of food vendors arranged for each event.
Will there be resources available on the day?”
Yes! Each presenters has been chosen because they are an expert in their particular field. All are authors in their own right and have a range of resources available for purchase on the day to give you additional information and to assist you further. Eftpos facilities will be available but limited – we encourage you to bring cash to speed up the queues!
“Will there be childcare facilities?”
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare facilities at our events. Due to some of the content from our presenters and for safety issues, Resilient Kids Conferences are strictly for adults and we apologise that we are unable to accommodate children.

“Will I receive a Professional Development Certificate?”
Yes! We will provide every ticket holder who checks in at our event with a Certificate of Attendance, listing the seminar details and time. Certificates will be emailed within five business days after the conference.
